Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, design, and maintenance of mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
  • Implement and manage BLoC state management to ensure performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
  • Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and version control.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Contribute to process improvements and innovation within the R&D team.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart programming languages.
  • Proven proficiency in BLoC state management pattern.
  • Experience in developing apps for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and backend service integration.
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior developers.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in the AgriTech sector is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
