We are looking for a Solution Sales Engineer Director to join our global sales team.
What you will do:- Provide Sales leadership with technical support in the sales process.
- Be a thought leader and trusted advisor to MNOs Technical Managers.
- Document (via diagram & description) complete solutions (RAN & others) to describe the benefits of our products.
- Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training.
- Serve as a regional subject matter expert for our product offering and industry trends.
- Clearly communicate customers requirements to our teams responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing support of Parallel Wireless solutions.
- Develop technical sales material for customer engagement.
- Support Parallel Wireless targets (Sales & Marketing) in your region & globally.
- Maintain a solid relationship with key technical stakeholders and develop new relations with existing & new MNOs.
- At least 10 years of professional experience and a track record working in Solution Sales Engineering with MNOs.
- Deep understanding of Radio Access Network/OSS and Core across 2G/4G & 5G Must.
- Extensive knowledge of the MNOs world and cellular network in particular - Must.
- Extensive verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting with technical executives, including high standards for presentation and proposal writing Must.
- Exceptional organization skills with the ability to articulate and gain client mind share.
- Ability to work independently on numerous activities and prioritize properly to meet deadlines.
- Ability and flexibility to travel to meet clients in the region up to 30 PERCENT .
