We are seeking experienced Solution Architects to design and lead the implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions. The role requires deep expertise in network architecture, security tools, and cloud deployment, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Design:

  • Define, design, and document infrastructure, network, and security architectures.

  • Produce HLDs and LLDs, technical roadmaps, and blueprints.

  • Ensure architectures are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.

  • Cloud & Infrastructure

  • Lead and support cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP), including hybrid and containerized environments.

  • Manage VPC, VPN, subnets, IAM, and cloud governance models.

  • Guide migration strategies and automation initiatives.

  • Network & Security

  • Architect secure network topologies (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, load balancing, wireless).

  • Integrate and manage security tools (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management).

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR.

  • Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with IT, DevOps, and business teams to deliver solutions.

  • Conduct design reviews and provide guidance to engineering teams.

  • Mentor junior staff (for Senior role).

  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct POCs/pilots.

  • Drive automation for deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution.
  • Recommend improvements to optimize performance and cost.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years in IT architecture, infrastructure, or cloud engineering.
  • Strong hands-on exposure to network and security design.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale cloud deployments and network security projects.
  • Strong record of mentoring teams and influencing technology strategy.
