Development programme and to cooperate with all concern internal & external partners

to build a better, sustainable way of life for the weaker section of society.

Job Context & Major Challenges
Renusagar Power Division is the captive power plant of Hindalco Industries Limited, R

enukoot an Aluminum manufacturing plant. Renusagar Power Division was established in

1964 with capacity of 135 MW & has grown to its present capacity of 741.7 MW. In adhe

ring to the Founders Dream into reality, Renusagar Power Division undertaken various

Rural Development programmes in 32 villages of Muirpur Block.To align Rural Development strategy with the Business strategy.

To initiate sustainable development programme instead of Charity oriented programme.

To identify & Plan need based programme.

To ensure people participation in Rural Development activity.

To create aware in the community about their rights, duties and development programme

To ensure partnership in project of village development institution.

To win good will of the community by creating awareness of the Rural Development init

iative taken by the company.

KRA6 Health & Family Welfare Arrangement is made for availability of safe drinking water by bleaching the drinking

water, repairing and installation of Hand Pumps.

Organize Rural Medical services in villages like General Health camps, ENT, Dental &

Eye camps.

Identify TB & Leprosy patients and ensure regular and proper treatment through distri

ct hospitals and dispensaries.

Organize regular Homeopathic clinic in villages as a alternative health services.

Organize and create mass awareness about family planning camps and vaccination with a

ctive cooperation of volunteers.

Regular monitoring of Village Family Welfare Centre.

KRA7 Infrastructure Development Make aware to the community about various Infrastructure development programme of gov

ernment like Indra Awas, Nirmal Awas yojna.

Providing work opportunity through coordination with different agencies taking constr

uction work like Road, water harvesting structure & Building..

Construction of Family Welfare Center and repairing of community center.

Organize regular meeting with Gram Sabha.
