Job Description: Program Management – CSR Experience:6–8 years Education:Master’s in Social Work / Rural Development / Arts (with relevant CSR or Social Development experience) Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies forlarge-scale skilling programs , particularly in theIT-ITES sector . Create and implementMonitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworksand oversee on-ground deployment. Lead and manageprogram partnerships , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and impact metrics. Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholder groups including government bodies, corporates, nonprofits, and community organizations. Stay abreast of developments and policies led byGoI, MSDE, MOLE, AICTE , and other relevant agencies. IntegrateMS technologiesand digital tools to enhance learning and capacity building in the nonprofit sector. Ensure smooth execution, reporting, and documentation of CSR initiatives. Key Skills & Attributes: Proven expertise instrategy development and program executionwithin workforce development or CSR domains. Strongprogram managementandstakeholder engagementabilities. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skillswith a collaborative mindset. Deeppassion for social impact , community development, and nonprofit partnerships. Exposure totechnology-based learning and digital enablementin the social sector.
