Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Chennai. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the management team, coordinating day-to-day office activities, and assisting in the execution of various projects and tasks. They will ensure effective communication between departments, manage schedules, organize meetings, and oversee record-keeping and documentation. Additionally, the Assistant may handle basic research, reporting, and external correspondence as part of facilitating efficient workflows within the organization.

Key Responsibilities


• Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments


• Maintaining records, databases, and documentation


• Managing correspondence including emails, phone calls, letters, and internal communication


• Coordinating with various departments for tasks, approvals, and follow-ups


• Supporting internal communications and circulating updates or notices


• Assisting in project management activities and tracking task progress


• Monitoring deadlines, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures


• Compiling reports, presentations, and basic MIS updates


• Handling travel logistics such as hotel bookings, flight bookings, and cab or local transport arrangements


• Managing visitor coordination and meeting arrangements


• Overseeing office supplies, facilities support, and basic administrative requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, documentation, and multitasking
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles; experience in the technology or drone industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of drone technology, aviation regulations, or related domains is an advantage but not mandatory
