Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Article Assistant at ABCD & CO LLP Chartered Accountant, located in Chennai. The Article Assistant will be responsible for a range of tasks including assisting in audit and assurance services, preparing financial statements and reports, handling tax compliance and advisory services, and engaging in accounting and bookkeeping activities. The Article Assistant will work closely with senior accountants and may be required to assist in various client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
  • Proficiency in financial statement preparation and reporting
  • Experience with tax compliance and advisory services
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
