Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Associate Manager specializing. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end execution across all CRM channels - including Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and in-app journeys while ensuring high-quality delivery and performance. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Analytics, Sales, and others, as well as coordination with external partners and platform teams. The objective is to deepen customer engagement, optimise lifecycle journeys, and drive measurable business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end App push, WhatsApp, SMS, email campaigns, including planning, content creation, testing, deployment, analysis & reporting.
- Manage and optimize our CRM infra to ensure accurate customer data, segmentation, and targeting for personalized communication.
- Design and implement customer journeys and automated workflows to nurture leads and conversions and enhance customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email, web push, WhatsApp, SMS and app push marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing for email and app push campaigns to optimize performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and technologies CRM.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective email templates.
Work Experience:
- 2-4 Years of relevant experience in CRM for a digital business.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Customer-centric mindset and eye for detail is a must.
- Working knowledge of atleast one campaign management tool: MoEngage, CleverTap.
- Understanding of GDPR and other email marketing regulations is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Experience in managing the digital portfolio for a hospitality business is a plus.
