Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Manager based in Gurugram. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data, segmenting markets, managing sales pipelines, and leading CRM-related projects. Coordination with cross-functional teams and effective communication with stakeholders will also be an important aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data and generating actionable insights
  • Expertise in communication and sales to effectively engage with customers and drive revenue growth
  • Experience in market segmentation and targeted marketing strategies
  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and coordination of CRM initiatives
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and software is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry or familiarity with auto parts and their market is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
