Role Description

We are seeking a full-time CRM Executive to join our on-site team in Gurugram.

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving retention by improving customer experience and satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, developing strategies to enhance customer relationships, handling customer queries and grievances, optimizing sales opportunities, and collaborating with relevant teams to execute customer-focused campaigns.
