Job Title: Admin Executive

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Admin Executive (Male Fresher) to handle administrative and operational support functions at our office. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining smooth office operations, act as a link between vendors and management, and support HR and Finance in daily tasks and documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Visit banks, government offices, and vendors as required for official work.
  • Act as a mediator between vendors and management for service coordination and procurement.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning of administrative systems.
  • Manage procurement processes and ensure timely replenishment of office materials.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with data management, forms, and compliance tracking.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and celebrations.
  • Handle general correspondence, courier dispatch, and visitor management at the reception area.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage vendors and coordinate effectively.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Additional Requirements:

  • Male candidates only (as per role requirement).
  • Willingness to travel locally for office-related work.
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and well-presented.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:

Fresher
