Job Summary
The Admin cum Operation Executive will be responsible for managing administrative activities and supporting day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning. The role involves coordination with internal teams, vendors, clients, and management, along with maintaining documentation, reporting and process execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration, emails, documentation and filing (digital & physical).
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and staff database.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and other inventory.
- Coordinate travel & accommodation arrangements for staff whenever required.
- Prepare letters, circulars, notices and maintain record logs.
Operational Responsibilities
- Support operations team in implementing processes and operational activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and service providers for smooth workflow.
- Monitor day-to-day activities of departments and ensure timely task execution.
- Assist in procurement, purchase requests and vendor follow-ups.
- Maintain MIS reports and daily/weekly/monthly operational dashboards.
- Inspect work areas when necessary and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
- 2 – 4 years of experience in Admin / Operations / Coordination role.
- Experience in hospitality / manufacturing / corporate office (preferred, not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
