We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DCDP-INDIAN to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and control food quality, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in an Indian cuisine establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, responding to feedback and resolving issues promptly.
