**About job requirements**:

- As a Commis, you are also expected to comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
- Accepting store deliveries and tally with ordered quantities.
- Control food stock and food cost in kitchen
- Ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
- Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
- Need to be dedicated team player, flexible and willing to help others at busy times as and when required.
- Must have hands on experience of complete range of Indian culinary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
