Your next role

• Reviewing, issuing, and coordinating responses to RFP from start to finish
• Creating high-quality client proposals, including bid submissions, pre-qualification questionnaires, presentations, capability documents, and approved list applications;
• Editing / re-writing boilerplate text bespoke to client requirements;
• Coordinating document design and layout for tender submissions and other documentation in collaboration with technical teams and graphic designers
• Maintaining CRM records and supporting pipeline management
• Coordinating the standard information reference library, ensuring it is continually updated with current information

Your skills and experience

• 3-6 years of bid coordination experience
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to coordinate the bid process and effectively produce bids with multiple parties.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS Office, and CRM systems
• Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (preferred)
• APMP membership or certification (desirable)
• Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement and innovation within Corporate Guideline Standards to develop quality bid documentation for Clients.
