JOB TITLE: AGM – Sales & Marketing (Tank Division)

DEPARTMENT: Sales & Marketing

LOCATION: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

FUNCTIONAL AREAS: Business development, key account management, domestic & export sales, marketing strategy, customer relations, contract negotiation, and revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering) + MBA (Marketing / International Business preferred)

Experience:
12–18 years of experience in Marketing & Sales in Transformer Tank industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

Industry Background:
Transformer Tank Manufacturing (
Mandatory)

Software Knowledge:
CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ERP systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development:
Identify and develop new domestic & export markets, secure new clients, and enhance customer base.

Sales Strategy:
Formulate and execute annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.

Key Account Management:
Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and global transformer companies.

Revenue & Profitability:
Drive sales growth to achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targets.

Customer Interaction:
Understand client requirements, coordinate with design & production teams for solutions.

Tendering & Negotiation:
Participate in bids, prepare quotations, and lead negotiations for large contracts.

Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities, analyse market trends, and suggest strategic actions.

Marketing Initiatives:
Represent company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client visits for brand positioning.

Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide sales engineers/managers, ensuring high performance and motivation.

TOOLS & TECHNOLOGIES:

  • CRM Systems:
    Salesforce / Zoho / equivalent
  • ERP:
    SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP (as applicable)
  • Office Tools:
    MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word for reporting and analysis
  • Digital Marketing Tools:
    LinkedIn, industry portals (preferred knowledge)
