Amazon Account Manager Team Lead About the role: Dosti Global Inc. is looking for someone who is professional, as well as who is curious and self-driven, interested in problem solving, research and a diverse range of tasks and topics in any given day and week and that will change dynamically over time. The Individual must be experienced in working with a fast paced, start-up environment and who is a strong communicator, likes to learn and takes pride in their work.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Specific business and project support
  • Support the leadership team to prepare/compile reports and presentations
  • Coordinate, Manage, Develop and maintain processes into a project management software (Asana)
  • Enter journal entries in accounting software, create invoices and or purchase orders.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, year end reports with data from different sources to support: AMZ Restock planning, Cin7 SOH and Availability Report, client channel reports for dashboards
  • Prepare materials for executive meetings and presentations (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Prepare end of week updates (newsletters/ blogs released – Internal and External updates)
  • Assist in creating a content calendar, and execution of social media content (hiring and or managing freelancers as needed)
  • Locate and compile information; formats reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources of information for Analysis
  • Execute specific research tasks as needed
  • Identify opportunities to enhance or streamline administrative processes and lead efforts to optimize
  • FBA Shipment plans create
  • Audit FBA receipt vs branch transfer to shipment plan
  • Provide POA for brands to collect Amazon refunds
  • Cin7: FBA shipments, Branch Transfers (Internally and externally outside of Amazon ie. Proact), Creating Production Jobs, Cleaning up Completed Sales Orders without dispatch etc, Stock adjustments as deemed fit
  • Supplier outreach
  • Affiliate or Influencer outreach
  • New product listings on any platform
  • Listing Maintenance and updates
  • Feedback Removal
  • SC Account Health Support
  • Customer Service inbox (buyer messages)
  • Data Entry
  • Public Acknowledgements / Public Response to user content

Eligibility :
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • 3+ years of experience as project assistant or executive assistant
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • 2+ yrs Amazon and eCommerce experience
  • History of "owning" the job and never ever giving the job back
  • Ability and willingness to work remotely
  • Driven and eager to learn new things
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Comfort with numbers and quantitative analysis
  • HTML and WordPress, Website maintenance huge bonus
