This role is for someone who won’t accept vague responses or delays from Amazon and who is committed to resolving issues swiftly and effectively, without waiting for guidance. You’ll be responsible for optimizing product listings and ensuring the overall health and performance of our Amazon account. **If you’re the type of person who takes ownership, escalates issues independently, and goes above and beyond to find solutions, we want to hear from you.** **Key Responsibilities**: - **Ensure Account Health**: Keep 100% of our SKUs live, error-free, and in good standing with Amazon. Actively monitor account health and take immediate action when issues arise. - **Immediate Escalations**: Proactively escalate any issues that can’t be resolved in real time. You will take immediate action through support cases, and escalate through Amazon chat and phone calls to ensure issues are resolved on the spot—**no waiting around for Amazon’s delayed responses.**: - **Problem Solving Expertise**: Be the go-to expert for identifying and resolving any Amazon account or listing issues. You will take full ownership of problems, using your problem-solving skills and a "whatever it takes" attitude to stay on top of the issue until it’s resolved—whether that means escalating or finding creative workarounds. - **Listing Optimization**: Create and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and sales. Continuously improve product pages, ensuring they are keyword-optimized and appealing to customers. - **Monitor Buy Box Performance**: Analyze and optimize Buy Box eligibility to ensure we’re winning the Buy Box consistently. - **Stay Ahead of Changes**: Keep up to date with Amazon’s policies, algorithm changes, and best practices. Be proactive about adapting to these changes and ensuring the account remains in top shape **Qualifications**: - Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, PPC campaigns, A+ Content, and account health management. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to act **independently** and make decisions quickly in high-pressure situations. - In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s algorithm, Buy Box mechanics, and account health management. - **Strong communication skills** and the ability to resolve complex issues without relying on others. - Demonstrated ability to escalate effectively and manage the resolution of issues without unnecessary delays. **If you're a proactive, results-driven Amazon expert who refuses to accept anything less than full resolution, and you thrive on going the extra mile to solve problems, we want to hear from you** **SALARY**: Full-time: $3.00 - $4.00 Hourly Pay: ₹3.00 - ₹5.00 per hour Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Amazon Seller Central: 1 year (required) Work Location: Remote
