Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in BBA, BCS, B.Com, BSc IT, or any relevant field.
- Candidates with a master's degree (MBA preferred) will be at an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Manage and respond to inbound leads professionally and promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead information and activity tracking.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Develop a strong understanding of our service offerings across IT, AI/ML, SaaS, healthcare tech, and staffing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client requirements and ensure smooth communication.
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow the sales cycle end-to-end.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools ( HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sales outreach and email automation tools.
- Good research and analytical skills to identify decision-makers and key prospects.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-driven, target-orientated, and a quick learner.
- Basic understanding of IT services, AI/ML, or healthcare tech (preferred but not mandatory).
