We're now expanding our presence in
government and institutional projects
and are looking for a
Government Tender Executive
who can take charge of identifying, managing, and closing government tenders on
GeM and other e-procurement platforms
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, track, and participate in relevant tenders on
    GeM, CPPP, and other government portals
    .
  • Visit
    government departments, PSUs, and public sector offices
    to build relationships and promote EVA2Z products and mobility solutions.
  • Prepare, upload, and submit
    technical and financial bids
    as per tender requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical, pricing, and documentation support.
  • Ensure compliance with all tender specifications, eligibility criteria, and submission timelines.
  • Follow up on tender progress, negotiations, and order finalization with departments.
  • Maintain proper documentation and
    MIS reports
    for all tender-related activities.
  • Achieve a target of
    minimum 2 successful tender closures per month
    .

Key Skills Required

  • Proven hands-on experience with
    GeM Portal, CPPP, and e-tendering processes
    .
  • Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Confidence to meet and interact with
    government officials and decision-makers
    .
  • Sound knowledge of
    BOQ, price bids, and government procurement formats
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF handling)
    and basic MIS management.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferably
    BBA / MBA / Commerce / Engineering
    ).
