Job Description

Purpose

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented potential candidate to spearhead our sales campaigns in the field of solar renewable energy. Co-ordinating with the team to meet sales goals for our solar energy solutions, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and promoting business expansion are all duties of the sales manager. Proficiency in the sector knowledge, good leadership, and the capacity to recognize and seize market possibilities are favorable for the job role.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and channel partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards in all sales operations.

Requirements

  • Graduation (Any Field)
  • Proven experience (5–8 years) in sales, with at least 2–3 years in the solar/renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive results.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
