Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing client interactions, maintaining positive relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The role involves both front-line customer service and coordination between departments to deliver seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, resolving queries promptly.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Follow up on customer feedback, complaints, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, operations, etc.) to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Generate and share daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Support sales or marketing campaigns through customer engagement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or front office roles.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Prior experience in the same industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
