Job Description:

Candidate will have proven experience working in a fintech/ banking industry, show excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, have great communication skills, and be a role model and mentor to team members. It's a Core sales role with strict sales targets.

Job Responsibility:

• Conduct direct market visits to promote our company's products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Conduct bank visits to sell our solution products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Establish and locate a possible synergy between the Client and Getepay.
• Win new business development opportunities (originating, structuring, executing) with high-growth regional, or local.
• Accountable for optimizing resources to achieve volume and revenue targets. Deliver financial objectives including revenue, payment volume and market penetration objectives.
• Resolving of escalated grievances and queries of individual and corporate clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Having good level of knowledge of the payment industry and regulatory environment.
• Coordinate with different teams for making process smooth.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with clients to ensure & promote cross selling.
• Achieve monthly targets in terms of Revenue.

Required skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill.
• Preferred experience in direct market visits and sale.
• Willingness to learn and execute effective sales strategies for new payment products and services.
• Deep consulting skills and client engagement capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills. Drive, enthusiasm and creativity are key attributes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work across different markets with different cultures.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English/Hindi/Regional Language.

Note- The candidate should be comfortable with field sales (100%) and flexible to travel Pan India.
