Getepay payment platform provides both online and offline payment options to the merchants available through web, mobile and UPI QR.
Getepay has on-boarded more than 1.5 Million merchants on its platform web and Mobile app in partnership with more than 100 + banks. Getepay Payment Aggregation platform allows the merchants to collect payments from their customers from multiple payment options, be it credit card, debit card, Net banking, UPI, IMPS and/or other payment modes. Job Description:
Candidate will have proven experience working in a fintech/ banking industry, show excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, have great communication skills, and be a role model and mentor to team members. It's a Core sales role with strict sales targets.

Experience: 2+ Years

Education Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibility:
- Conduct direct market visits to promote our company's products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Conduct bank visits to sell our solution products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Establish and locate a possible synergy between the Client and Getepay.
- Win new business development opportunities (originating, structuring, executing) with high-growth regional, or local.
- Accountable for optimizing resources to achieve volume and revenue targets. Deliver financial objectives including revenue, payment volume and market penetration objectives.
- Resolving of escalated grievances and queries of individual and corporate clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Having good level of knowledge of the payment industry and regulatory environment.
- Coordinate with different teams for making process smooth.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients to ensure & promote cross selling.
- Achieve monthly targets in terms of Revenue.
Required skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill.
- Preferred experience in direct market visits and sale.
- Willingness to learn and execute effective sales strategies for new payment products and services.
- Deep consulting skills and client engagement capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills. Drive, enthusiasm and creativity are key attributes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work across different markets with different cultures.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English/Hindi/Regional Language.
Note- The candidate should be comfortable with field sales (100%) and flexible to travel Pan India.
