Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing issues and facilitating conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and employee development plans.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their talent needs and provide support in workforce planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and gather feedback through surveys and other platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in handling end-to-end HR processes in a small to mid-sized organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to build relationships and foster a positive workplace culture.
