What You'll Do:

Lead HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Onboarding & Induction, and Performance Management

Drive strategic planning and align HR with business objectives

Build and manage high-performing teams while fostering a positive work culture

Partner with leadership to shape policies and people strategies

What We're Looking For:

7–10 years of progressive HR experience in Services / IT / BPO / Banking

Strong team management & leadership skills

Excellent strategic planning & execution ability

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

High energy, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable to remote work culture

Education: Excellent academics (Min. 85% English & 80% Maths in 10th & 12th)
