- Managing end to end prospect of business development activities by continuously
identifying new clients from different industries.
- Market research using various social platforms, competitor mapping, attending exhibitions
and conferences to explore potential business relationship opportunities for end-to-end HR
services.
- Responsible for commercial negotiations with clients for end-to-end HR services contract
agreements and deal closures
