Role & responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer escalations
- Track pending service calls
- Oversee all service operations
- Coordinate with Sales team to provide service support
- Resolve customer problems and provide product information
- Managing service centers, handling escalation calls, service delivery tracking and technical training programs
- Generate purchase request for spare parts and ensure on time billing
- AMC Target and managed agreement
- Managed CRM data accuracy and customer records
- Execute comprehensive audits including field, telephonic, toolkit and technician accompaniment to improve customer service quality.
- Delivered on site repair and Installation support to customers.
- Oversee Store stock Management and Data Maintenance
