  • Customer Focus: Act on customer feedback and implement creative solutions to improve services and satisfaction.
  • Seamless Collaboration: Work in close coordination with Sales, Presales, Account Managers, and Project Managers.
  • Customer Satisfaction Champion: Regularly interact with end users and customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Internal & External Support: Provide comprehensive backend support to both internal and external teams.
  • Proposal Creation: Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements for partners and customers.
  • Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries related to services via phone and email.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate daily call reports, funnel reports, and MIS (Management Information System).
  • Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely payments from customers and partners.
