Ex-Service officer of rank of Major (Army) and at least 5 years experience in security administration and liasioning . Should have thorough idea of labour Laws. Shall be wholly responsible for recruitment of security personnel and setting up of a profit center.

  1. Recruitment of security personnel.

  2. Training of Security personnels, Handling & visiting multiple sites all over India any time.

  3. New Business Development - prospecting & pitching to newer & potential clients for business generation of Security Services.

  4. Preparing & giving presentations to clients and Developing relevant business proposals.

  5. Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives

  6. Planning & management of projects and campaigns

  7. Client facing, Identify and set up meetings with potential customers/CRM

  8. Handling meeting with key clients.

  9. Proficient in MS Office and Internet, making power point presentation, advertisement etc.

  10. Responsible for achieving Service target

11.  Maintaining relationship with client for repeat business and

Having strong communication skills in English

  1. Enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies.

  2. Handling Legal matters & litigations.

14.  Liasoning with all the Govt. Department/ Authorities.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Good personality & having good communication skills.

  2. Age: 35-45 Years.

  3. Having more than 5 years experience in the relevant field in a reputed company.

  4. Must be computer literate.

  5. Having relevant experience in managing the Security Services.

Good experience with Excel & MIS.
