Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tele Collections Lead to lead our collections team and drive revenue growth by effectively managing and recovering outstanding debts. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of collections executives to achieve targets and improve productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective collections strategies to maximize recoveries and minimize losses.
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, negotiate payment plans, and resolve disputes.
  • Provide regular reports on collections performance, analyze data, and identify trends to inform future strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve collections processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in Tele Collections.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of collections principles, regulations, and laws.
  • Relevant certifications in collections or a related field are desirable.
