Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite)
Experience: 7+ Years
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – BI/Qlik to lead our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Qlik technologies (QlikView, Qlik Sense, NPrinting) and proven leadership skills to manage end-to-end BI project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain Qlik dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and build scalable BI solutions.
- Optimize Qlik applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and governance in all BI solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end BI project lifecycle – requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Implement version control, CI/CD, and task tracking using Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 7+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Qlik (QlikView, Qlik Sense, NPrinting).
- Proven experience in team leadership/mentorship (minimum 2–3 years as lead).
- Excellent SQL, data modeling, and ETL knowledge.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project/task management and deployments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to SAP Datasphere, ODS, or other BI/data platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud data environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
