to support our Fortune 500 clients in the
US market
, primarily working with
Implementation Partners
. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters while actively contributing to sourcing, screening, evaluating, and submitting candidates across diverse IT skill sets.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Technical Recruiters to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets are met.
  • Review team submissions, provide quality checks, and guide team members on improving candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between recruiters, account managers, and client teams (including Implementation Partners).
  • Work closely with Implementation Partners on requirements, candidate expectations, and submission quality.
  • Participate in full-cycle US recruitment: sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery on all assigned requisitions.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for the US market using portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring skill sets.
  • Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting top US talent.

Requirements:

  • Promote Net2Source's brand as a top employer in the staffing industry.
  • Conduct detailed job and task analyses to understand client hiring needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in US recruitment, taxation, visa rules, and market demands.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls, evaluate technical/non-technical capabilities, and negotiate compensation.
  • Perform structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural screening.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, resume databases, and job boards used in US staffing.
