 Gurgaon (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 
Social Media Executive
 with strong Canva skills, excellent English, and an in-depth understanding of content creation & posting styles for 
TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
. The ideal candidate should also have a good grasp of 
Meta Ads
 and be comfortable coordinating with clients, internal design teams, and vendors.

You will be responsible for creating content samples, conducting social media research, uploading and scheduling posts according to platform best practices, and preparing performance reports for clients and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging visual content using 
    Canva
     tailored to each platform's style and format.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and content ideas to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Plan, schedule, and upload content across 
    TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
     according to optimal formats and timings.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality creatives and videos.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, content shoots, and feedback.
  • Visit client offices (monthly) for photoshoots and to share reports.
  • Prepare and share 
    monthly performance reports
     for all platforms.
  • Assist in running 
    Meta Ads
     campaigns (basic understanding required).

Requirements

  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in social media content creation and management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with 
    Canva
    .
  • Excellent English communication and research skills.
  • Knowledge of 
    upload styles, formats, and trends
     for TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Basic understanding of 
    Meta Ads Manager
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Preferably based in or near 
    Gurgaon
    .
  • Comfortable with hybrid work (3 days/week in office) and monthly client visits.
