Role Overview:

As a Social Media Associate, you will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, specifically focusing on Instagram Reels, to promote the company's services and connect with our audience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about social media trends, loves being on camera, and wants to make an impact on a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging and creative Reels on Instagram and other social media platforms, with a strong focus on content that resonates with our target audience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns to boost engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, memes, and social media features to ensure our content is fresh, relevant, and on-brand.

Contribute to the brainstorming and creation of video ideas for marketing and promotional purposes.

Capture behind-the-scenes content, company events, and product updates in a visually appealing way.

Monitor social media trends, competitors, and community feedback to adapt and refine content.

Maintain consistency and quality of the content while meeting deadlines.

Ensure content adheres to company guidelines and objectives.

Requirements:

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in social media content creation (especially video-based content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Skills: Excellent video editing skills, proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or any relevant editing apps.

Creativity: A flair for creativity, a keen eye for design, and the ability to produce unique and engaging video content.

On-Camera Presence: Comfortable and confident in front of the camera; excellent communication skills.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the fast-paced and ever-evolving social media landscape.

Social Media Knowledge: Understanding of how Instagram algorithms work, and how to grow engagement and followers organically.
