About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Demand Generation Lead to drive lead acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue through data-driven marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation, HubSpot, and multi-channel campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
- Own and manage the MarTech stack (especially HubSpot) for campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Plan and run ABM campaigns targeting key personas to improve engagement and conversions.
- Lead always-on demand gen and lead nurturing programs to support the sales pipeline.
- Design and manage integrated campaigns across email, paid media, and website.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation to improve funnel performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, lead quality, and ROI.
- Optimize website for lead generation and visitor engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and GTM teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
- Scale existing channels and explore new opportunities for lead generation.
Preferred Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in demand generation and marketing automation.
- Proven hands-on expertise in HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, reporting, dashboards).
- Strong knowledge of MarTech tools and campaign performance optimization.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or IT services companies is preferred.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
