Hiring Demand Planner

• Primarily lead Demand Planning for Derma, Lifestyle & Penhaligons ( brand).


• As a part of a central ops team, the candidate will have the opportunity to work with the broader Kama team.


• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical tools, historical data, market trends, and input from key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance).


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align forecasts with business strategy.


• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement; take corrective actions to enhance performance.


• Lead the S&OP meeting for brands handling in India.


• Work closely with HQ supply planning teams to ensure product availability.


• Use planning tools (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, Kinaxis, or equivalent) and Excel-based models to manage forecasts.


• Ensure deployment planning across multiple warehouse.

Prerequisites: Years of Experience: We're ideally targeting candidates with at least 3 years of experience.

Sectors to Target: Focus on landing a candidate from Retail/BPC/FMCG/Pharma in that order.
