Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive who can communicate effectively with our clients, understand their requirements, and ensure a smooth experience using our software solutions.

You will act as the first point of contact for customer queries, product support, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from clients.
  • Understand customer issues and provide quick and accurate assistance.
  • Guide clients in using our software solutions (Taxi App, ERP, Grocery App, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the technical team for issue escalation and timely resolution.
  • Maintain client interaction logs and prepare daily support reports.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and provide product training when required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Tamil; Hindi optional).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of software or mobile app functionality (training will be provided).
  • Customer-first mindset and patience in handling queries.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or MS Office.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.

Qualification

  • Any Degree (BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, MBA, etc.)
  • Freshers or candidates with experience in Customer Support / Technical Support / IT Helpdesk are welcome.

Salary

  • ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience and skill level)
  • Incentives based on customer feedback and performance
