Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive who can communicate effectively with our clients, understand their requirements, and ensure a smooth experience using our software solutions.
You will act as the first point of contact for customer queries, product support, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from clients.
- Understand customer issues and provide quick and accurate assistance.
- Guide clients in using our software solutions (Taxi App, ERP, Grocery App, etc.).
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue escalation and timely resolution.
- Maintain client interaction logs and prepare daily support reports.
- Build positive relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide product training when required.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Tamil; Hindi optional).
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of software or mobile app functionality (training will be provided).
- Customer-first mindset and patience in handling queries.
- Familiar with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or MS Office.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
Qualification
- Any Degree (BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, MBA, etc.)
- Freshers or candidates with experience in Customer Support / Technical Support / IT Helpdesk are welcome.
Salary
- ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience and skill level)
- Incentives based on customer feedback and performance
