We're hiring a Customer Appointment Executive to join our Eeshanya Constructions. As a pivotal link between clients and our services, you'll ensure smooth appointment scheduling and provide top-notch customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate client appointments based on their preferences and availability.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate client records and property details in our database.
- **Follow-up**: Confirm appointments, gather feedback, and provide assistance post-appointment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on client needs and property availability.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing inquiries and exceeding client expectations.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist sales team with document preparation and scheduling.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year customer service or sales support experience preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- **Customer Focus**: Genuine desire to assist clients and provide exceptional service.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous with scheduling and record-keeping.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive in addressing client inquiries and issues.
- **Adaptability**: Flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- **Real Estate Knowledge (optional)**: Basic understanding of real estate terminology and market dynamics is a plus.

**Yearly Bonus, Salary Increments, Performance Incentives.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
