**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products/services and their benefits to customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an accurate record of conversations.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations if required.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Provide feedback to the sales team or management on call outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software is a plus).
