**Job Summary**:
**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Communication Skills**: Basic communication skills required (Tamil speaking preferred; English is an advantage).
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome; prior Tele Calling or Customer Service experience is an added advantage.
- **Job Type**: Full-time position only (No part-time/freelance).

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain services offered.
- Maintain and update customer information in the database.
- Follow up with potential leads and ensure effective communication.
- Support the admissions and service coordination team.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and families.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and performance goals.
