Job Role:

As a Tele Caller, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about our services, and assist in converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to incoming inquiries.
  • Explain our elder care services and answer customer questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
  • Follow up on leads to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Tamil and basic proficiency in English.
  • Prior experience in telecalling is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
