About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales, lead conversion, or customer support for the organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, understanding customer requirements, maintaining customer records, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
  • Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Generate leads, create interest, and convert potential clients into sales.
  • Maintain customer database and update information regularly.
  • Follow up with customers on inquiries, feedback, or pending issues.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
  • Report on call performance and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English/regional language.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Energetic, and ability to handle rejections.
  • Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism.

  • Education: MBA, BBA, M.Com, B.Com,B.Sc,B.E.
  • Year of Passing: Open to all years
  • Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates encouraged to apply
