Role & responsibilities :

  • Lead the expansion of multiple stores in the assigned city.
  • Drive sales targets and deliver consistent business growth.
  • Build, lead, and mentor sales, design, and project teams.
  • Establish a strong business development network with architects, interior designers, builders, and local partners.
  • Develop and oversee a Pre-Sales team to handle digital and walk-in leads effectively.
  • Collaborate with HO leadership for city-level strategies, campaigns, and performance reviews.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • 12-15 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in modular kitchen/wardrobe industry.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong exposure to project sales and handling digitally savvy customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a competitive retail environment.

Education & Skills

  • Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering/Architect with MBA from a reputed institution.
  • Strong business development and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for retail expansion and lifestyle products.
