Shift: Night Shift (US/UK hours)

Cab Facility: Two-way cab provided

Shift Allowance: Applicable as per company policy

Compensation Range: 2,50,000 2,65,200 per annum

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced professionals for our O2C team in Gurugram. This role involves managing customer billing, collections, cash applications, and resolving disputes. Candidates should have prior experience in O2C processes and be comfortable working in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer invoices and ensure timely billing
  • Manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Apply cash receipts and reconcile accounts
  • Handle customer queries and resolve disputes
  • Maintain accurate records and support audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in O2C or Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to work in night shifts
