Role Overview
As
Head – Brand
you will be responsible for building a distinct and trusted identity. You will drive strategy, storytelling, and execution to create strong top-of-funnel impact and long-term equity, while ensuring brand alignment across channels and customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy:
Define brand positioning for lending (retail + MSME) in line with customer insights and competitive landscape. - Campaign Development:
Lead integrated ATL/BTL campaigns to drive awareness, relevance, and trust. - Communication:
Translate financial solutions into clear, engaging, and relatable messaging. - Brand Governance:
Maintain visual identity, tone, and consistency across internal and external touchpoints. - Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with product, sales, digital, and external agency partners. - Measurement:
Track and optimize brand health KPIs (awareness, recall, preference, trust).
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in brand management or marketing (BFSI, fintech, or consumer brands preferred)
- Strong understanding of retail lending and MSME customer mindset
- Proven track record of brand building in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional storytelling, creative judgment, and stakeholder management
- MBA in Marketing or related field from a reputed institution
