In 2021, Open Secret expanded its focus to become a one-stop platform for all things unjunked to cater to the consumer desire for 'better-for-you' food and beverage options across the day. Working closely with nutritionists and food experts, Open Secret offers a thoughtfully curated range of local and Un-Junked brands and products which are available across various channels.

About The CEO & Co-Founder

  • Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India.
  • She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing.
  • Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

Job Role

  • Lead Warehousing, Supply Chain & Logistics including ownership on planning and execution KPIs for B2C & B2B orders.
  • Lead S&OP for Brand and platform across all warehouses owning stock availability & cost KPIs.
  • Building team for day-to-day execution stability as per scale.
  • Reviewing performance of Logistics vendors to improve service levels and cost.
  • Running weekly reporting calls on KPI performance tracking with the team and owning improvement metrics
  • Acting as the bridge between SCM & Production for visibility on Production planning with focus on key moving SKUs.
  • Ensuring cross-functional collaboration with Marketing to align on the right product and combo listings and profitability

What You'll Need

  • Preferably an MBA, open to other graduate streams as well. Pedigree adds value.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior manager, or similar relevant position required.
  • Should have been responsible for S&OP process managed Customer Service and managed Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations in a start-up / medium size organization.
