We're growing our core team — and looking for a Senior Client Servicing Manager
who can lead relationships with clarity, confidence, and creative flair.

About the Role

As Senior Client Servicing Manager, you will be the strategic bridge between our clients and our creative teams. You'll guide campaigns from spark to spotlight — ensuring the work is thoughtful, on-time, and aligned with client objectives.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys leading conversations, and knows how to transform client needs into impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow key client relationships with trust and clarity
  • Convert client goals into clear creative briefs and actionable workflows
  • Manage influencer and celebrity-led campaigns across platforms and formats
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, internal coordination, vendors & deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Leadership teams
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively find smart, practical solutions
  • Maintain high standards of communication, ownership, and follow-through

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years
    experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Brand Management (agency background strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns and fast-paced stakeholder communication
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of influencer culture, digital platforms, and content ecosystems
  • A leadership mindset — collaborative, grounded, and solutions-oriented
