We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing staffing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with our recruitment team to align staffing solutions with client needs, ensuring long-term partnerships and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
Prospect and generate new business by identifying potential clients in various industries.
Leverage a range of strategies, including cold calls, networking, to build relationships and generate leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR professionals, hiring managers, and executives.
Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their staffing needs and present appropriate solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that client requirements are met with the best talent.
Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Provide feedback to senior leadership on market trends and opportunities for expansion.
Contract Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Lead the negotiation process, ensuring the terms of agreements meet both client and company expectations.
Close sales and sign contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and profitability goals.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work with the recruitment and HR teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of staffing solutions.
Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and contracts to be used in client meetings.
Customer Retention & Upselling:
Focus on nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with services.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional staffing services or solutions to existing clients.
Reporting & Metrics:
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance against targets.
Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales.
Shift- 1 PM - 10 PM IST
