Job Description:-
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Professional with 7
to 11 years of experience in international sales within the IT industry, particularly
focusing on the US and UK markets. The candidate should be a strategic thinker
with a strong ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals in the US and UK markets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Build, manage, and nurture client relationships for long-term success.
- Proactively reach out to prospects new and existing clients to set up meetings and explore business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations to showcase the solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and delivery)to align sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide regular insights and feedback to refine sales approach and improve offerings.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7–11 years of proven experience in international sales in the IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the US and UK markets, including cultural and business nuances.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
