Job Description:-

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Professional with 7

to 11 years of experience in international sales within the IT industry, particularly

focusing on the US and UK markets. The candidate should be a strategic thinker

with a strong ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals in the US and UK markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Build, manage, and nurture client relationships for long-term success.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects new and existing clients to set up meetings and explore business opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations to showcase the solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and delivery)to align sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide regular insights and feedback to refine sales approach and improve offerings.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7–11 years of proven experience in international sales in the IT industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the US and UK markets, including cultural and business nuances.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
