Job Type: Full-Time ( Day Shift – UK Region)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented BDE to guide prospective students through the admissions process for UK-based higher education programs, including PhD, Master's, and other degree courses. The role involves student counseling, lead management, and enrollment support to ensure a smooth and successful journey for applicants. As this position supports the UK region, it will be a night shift role (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST).

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling: Provide detailed guidance to students about PhD, Master's, and other degree programs offered by universities in the UK.

Lead Management: Follow up with prospective students via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Sales & Enrollment Targets: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment goals by clearly presenting program benefits and resolving student concerns.

Application Assistance: Support students with admission forms, documentation, and understanding eligibility requirements.

Scholarship & Funding Guidance: Advise students about available scholarships, financial aid, and flexible payment options.

Market Research: Stay updated on UK universities, program structures, visa policies, and admission requirements to provide accurate information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, sales, or student recruitment for higher education programs.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to convert leads into confirmed enrollments.

Tech Savvy: Knowledge of CRM systems, email campaigns, and student portals is an advantage.

Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to build trust, rapport, and provide a positive student experience.
